The swimming pool and the terrace offer a splendid view of the valley and the islands of Elba and Capraia... you can see the Italian coasts and the quarries of Carrara in very good weather. Ideal for cooling off when the temperature approaches 30° or after swimming in the sea, the swimming pool can accommodate up to 6 people. In the evening on the terrace you can have an aperitif... when the sun disappears behind the mountain and the freshness of nature descends on the valley.

Nestled on the heights, and above the road, it is an exceptional view that you will discover from the terraced gardens around the house. In particular the path to the washhouse accessible from the village...

10 minutes from the village, the sandy beach of Misincu next to the 5-star hotel of the same name. Blue water and white sand. A car park allows you to segarer in front of the beach.
